Been too long since I've seen one of your vids man, and I've always wondered about Mr. New Vegas in this game. Always figured he was an AI, but couldn't exactly prove it definitively.

Not working for me. If I start a new game after this I’m brought to Fallout 4’s character customization. Trying to load my old save right before the train gives an error message that the save relies on content that is no longer present (LondonWorldSpace.esm; LondonWorldSpace-DLCBlock.esp)

Unrelated, but for anyone wondering, FO2 Sonora has finally got a proper english on No Mutants Allowed. Great time for Fallout Modding!

Remember folks. You can alter home looks with building mod/mods. And if ur not a modder, just use console commands. I use console commands, they are very neat. If you dont want to move, add furniture or items, you can at least clean the goddamn floor of litter or stains

I think the simplest explanation is usually the most likely. Obsidian wanted to make a game where everyone was killable except for Yes Man. While on a tight budget, they invested good money into the actor for Mr. New Vegas. Unlike F3 or F4, where the radio broadcast reacts to your actions towards the DJs, Obsidian most likely either did not have the time or did not want the player to be able to affect Radio New Vegas through their interactions with that character, so he is simply not present in the game. Historically, a lot of questions surrounding New Vegas when asked to the devs result in "we didn't have the time". Fun fact, they wanted to make a radio station in Old World Blues where the devs themselves told scary/silly stories, but it was cut early on for time/resources.

there was a very early concept of mr new vegas where he was actually a real person and you could visit him just like three dog! only thing thats messed up is he could also rape you... really ruins his charasmatic lines on the radio for me

Oh wow. At least they still look like New Vegas characters, which is very important! There is another extremely popular mod you see in videos a lot. Some kind of "character overhaul." It is the worst shit in the world. Everyone just looks depressed, miserable, and most importantly *nothing* like they're supposed to.
